Account & Data Deletion
Effective: 5 October 2026
Authorised Vidhi Agro ERP users may request account closure and deletion of eligible personal data.
How to submit a request
- Email vidhiagro8989@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
- Use the subject “Vidhi Agro account deletion request”.
- Include your name, username, assigned unit and a contact number so ownership can be verified.
What happens next
We will verify the request, disable eligible access and confirm the data that can be deleted. Personal profile information may be removed or anonymised. Invoices, tax records, payment records, audit logs, backups and other records required for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes may be retained for the applicable period.
Timeframe
Verified requests are normally reviewed within 30 days. If more information or additional retention is required, we will explain it in our response.
