This policy explains how Vidhi Agro handles information in its public website, Android application and authorised ERP workspace.
Information we process
The ERP may process authorised-user account details, vendor and customer records, purchase and sales records, production and inventory data, invoices, payments, employee attendance, support requests and technical security logs. The public website does not ask visitors to create an account.
Why we use information
- To operate purchasing, production, stock, invoicing and reporting workflows.
- To provide authorised access, support, backup and recovery.
- To secure the service, investigate errors and maintain required business records.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Storage and access
Structured business records are stored in a managed database. Documents, exports and backups may be stored in managed object storage. Access is limited by assigned roles and operational need. We retain records for business and legal requirements, then remove or anonymise them when appropriate.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that host or support the service, and with professional or government authorities when required by law. Vidhi Agro does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Business records required for tax, accounting, security or legal compliance may need to be retained.
