These terms apply to the Vidhi Agro website, Android application and ERP. The ERP is intended only for users authorised by Vidhi Agro.

Authorised use

Users must keep credentials confidential, use only their assigned access and enter accurate operational information. Attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access another user's data are prohibited.

Business records

Users are responsible for reviewing entries, invoices, reports and statutory information before relying on or sharing them. The ERP supports business operations but does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, suspend or modify the service to improve security, reliability and functionality. Reasonable efforts are made to protect continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Vidhi Agro branding, website content and proprietary software interfaces may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
